Berlin, Berlin

More and more startups are setting up shop in Berlin – and now big Tech is following: Amazon will set up their Web Services in Berlin and spotify is looking for a marketing manager in Berlin - a pretty obvious sign that they will join the Berlin scene soon too.

t3n startup of the year: simfy

simfy is the t3n startup of the year winner with 28.68% - barely beating 6Wunderkinder who got 28.48%. Quote.fm made third place. Simfy is Germany’s largest music plattform with over 1.7 m users.

4Sale: Mr. Wong

Mister Wong, founded in 2006, used to be Germany’s biggest “Web 2.0″ website – but then slowly degenerated to a linkfarm. Now it’s owner – the Bremen based webagency construktiv – is trying to sell it.
